Smell: Moss, mushroom and prune. Earthy like a forest floor.
Taste: Dirt, campfire and pine needles. Slightly sweet. Tastes like a cold lake.
Finish: Prunes and vegetables (zucchini, green beans and eggplant).

This looks fantastic. Tell me, can you suggest any Barolo's or Barbaresco's? My wife and I are going to make wine next crush from Nebbiolo grapes, and we are sampling as many Piemonte varieties as possible before we begin.
