Willakenzie, 'Emery', Pinot Noir, 2005

Smell: Cantaloupe, cherry, soil and pomegranate with hints of vanilla and blackberry.
Taste: Pear, boysenberry and citrus rind.
Finish: Pepper and freshly cut wood--like a tree branch. The citrus fizzles on your tongue, like pear cider. Very subtle. The flavors pop and then they're gone. A skim milk consistency.
