Smell: Cherry, pepper, vanilla, chopped wood and bark.
Taste: Cherry and currant with a hint of maple. The sweetness is reminiscent of a date.
Finish: Dark cherry, pepper, vanilla, oak and wood. A hint of crisp lettuce and cucumber. A 2% milk consistency.
