Willakenzie, 'Thibaud's Cuvee', Pinot Noir, 2005

Smell: Vanilla, pepper, plum and sugar cookie. A hint of clove. The nose is stuffed with aroma like a fluffy ball of cotton.
Taste: Plum and black cherry.
Finish: Boysenberry. Chalky and tangy. Ends quickly--just falls off the palate like jumping off a cliff. A 1% milk consistency.
